We design, supply and commission a full range of underground borehole submersible pumps and motors. From flows as little as 10.0lpm to large systems with 200lps  producing 240 meters of pressure. Our pumps and motors are made from many different materials including Cast Iron, AISI304 and AISI316 stainless steel and 904L Duplex stainless steel. Some applications have dirty or contaminated water, we can supply pumps with exotic materials to handle these requirements.

Borehole pump sizes from 80mm to 500mm, with different  configuration of power supply and materials. Submersible pumps that supply water to mining camps or for dewatering the under ground aquifer, we design from pump unit, riser mains, bore heads and control panels. Supplying the complete design. We can supervise installation or commission on site.

We have supplied motors in different voltages 240, 400, 660-720, 1000 and 3.3k in 50 or 60 hertz. Some units are supplied in 4 and 6 pole however many are supplied as 2 pole units. Submersible motors can be supplied in 3’, 4”, 6” 8” 10” 12” standard then we supply customer built motors  up to 1000kW. The submersible motors are manufactured in Italy, Spain, Germany and US.

Designing starters for the submersibles is something we specialise in. DOL, star delta, soft starters and VFD’s are specially designed for each application. Depth sensors, flow meters, temperature protection, low load, surge protection can all be catered for in our designs.

We manufacture and supply potable water pump sets for mining camps, truck wash facilities and dust suppression. Our vertical multistage pumps and booster sets can deliver flows from 0.5lps out to 200lps which will cover a wide range of mining applications. Our multistage pumps are supplied in AISI304 and AISI316 stainless steel with various combinations of mechanical and cartridge seals and elastomers.
